Relieve nausea
Do you struggle with nausea and severe morning sickness, which can take a toll on your eating habits and leave you feeling dehydrated and malnourished? Chiropractic care at Alpha back Chiropractic is just what you need. With a strong connection between your spine and your nervous system, adequate alignment of your spine can help reduce nausea and morning sickness during pregnancy.
Reduce back pain
Isn’t neck pain a pain in the neck? And with Pregnancy neck pain can be that much worse. Chiropractic adjustment by our experts at Alpha Back can help reduce the pain you feel in your neck and improve your mobility, minimizing stiffness and strained motion.
Improve balance
Do you feel wobbly or unstable during pregnancy? This occurs because the hormone 'relaxin' released to dilate or relax the ligaments in the pelvis is also released in other parts of the body causing imbalance and unsteadiness. Chiropractic care would help realign the ligaments in these other body parts and restore balance.
Increase Mobility
Inability to stand up straight, flex muscles, or move swiftly which results in muscle stiffness and reduced mobility is common during pregnancy. Prenatal chiropractic care will help movement that much easier for you.

Meet Dr. Kincaid.
Certified. Responsive. Compassionate.
Long before moving to Denver, Dr. Elizabeth Kincaid D.C. decided to begin helping people by becoming a chiropractor. She developed an early interest in healthcare and wellness from growing up in a family of medical doctors and chiropractors.
After suffering a high school sports injury, Dr. Kincaid experienced the benefits of chiropractic care. She felt how chiropractic treatments helped her recover from her sports injuries, and improve her overall quality of life. Dr. Kincaid then decided to pursue a career as a chiropractor, so she could help others feel the benefits of chiropractic care and reach their optimal health.
Following her undergraduate studies at Tulane University in New Orleans, Dr. Kincaid moved to the Bay area to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose. While there, Dr. Kincaid practiced under the guidance of one of the country's top pediatric doctors of chiropractic.
Dr. Kincaid is certified in Webster chiropractic techniques and Pre-Participation Physical Examination.
She is an avid cross-country runner and Denver sports enthusiast when not in the office.
