Our Methods
Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care is a holistic health practice that provides a non-invasive way to manage pain and improve overall wellness. Our team will determine the origin of the pain, and will then correct the issue directly where it came from. In most cases, this is done through gentle spinal adjustments and manipulations.
Sports Injuries
Chiropractic techniques can be used to help heal sports injuries and provide relief from any pain or discomfort caused by an injury. Our chiropractors will make adjustments to the neck or spine to reduce joint inflammation, improve joint functioning, and alleviate pain. Chiropractic care can also help prevent future sports injuries.
Family
Care
Pre-Natal, Post-Natal, and Pediatrics: For expecting mothers, chiropractic care can help with pelvic misalignments, spinal compensation for a protruding abdomen, and poor posture changes. For children, chiropractic care helps heal and attain true health by releasing joints that aren‘t moving properly or to their fullest capacity.
Posture Correction
Let us show you how interrupting poor posture patterns can break your cycle of pain. Our goal is to activate or “wake up” the key muscles necessary for proper posture. This, along with chiropractic adjustments to loosen tight parts of your spine, is what enables us to correct your posture.
Myofascial Release
This safe and effective hands-on approach allows for gentle pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. These treatments focus on specific muscles, offering targeted pain relief by relaxing the muscles, and promoting better circulation.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is offered to help aid chiropractic adjustments to relieve muscle pain. It allows for decreasing muscle spasms and improving flexibility by correcting imbalances throughout the body. This treatment uses acupuncture size needles to stimulate a neurological response in the muscle by activating the motor neuron.

Meet Dr. Kincaid.
Certified. Responsive. Compassionate.
Long before moving to Denver, Dr. Elizabeth Kincaid D.C. decided to begin helping people by becoming a chiropractor. She developed an early interest in healthcare and wellness from growing up in a family of medical doctors and chiropractors.
After suffering a high school sports injury, Dr. Kincaid experienced the benefits of chiropractic care. She felt how chiropractic treatments helped her recover from her sports injuries, and improve her overall quality of life. Dr. Kincaid then decided to pursue a career as a chiropractor, so she could help others feel the benefits of chiropractic care and reach their optimal health.
Following her undergraduate studies at Tulane University in New Orleans, Dr. Kincaid moved to the Bay area to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose. While there, Dr. Kincaid practiced under the guidance of one of the country's top pediatric doctors of chiropractic.
Dr. Kincaid is certified in Webster chiropractic techniques and Pre-Participation Physical Examination.
She is an avid cross-country runner and Denver sports enthusiast when not in the office.
