The Chiropractor You've Been Looking For
Healthy pregnancy
It is often said that a healthy mother is a healthy baby. Chiropractic care helps you as a mother to be in a great state health-wise. It relieves pain, aligns joints, especially the spine, relieves pressure on the stomach, and generally minimizes body discomfort associated with pregnancy. A few sessions with our experts will leave you feeling great through and through.
Alievate back pain
As chiropractic care is geared towards the realignment of the spine and other muscles, sessions with our experts will help to allay back pain during pregnancy and prevent further occurrence.
Baby Positioning
Ideally, the baby in the womb is to be positioned head-down, with the face and body angled to one side and the neck flexed. In a situation where your baby’s position is abnormal, facing forward or in a breech position up till the 37th week, a chiropractic care session will be invaluable for pelvic alignment to move the baby into the optimal position for delivery.
Reduce Labor Time
Due to the pelvic alignment that chiropractic care provides, intrauterine constraint is reduced considerably, allowing for an easier passage of the baby through the birth canal. This ultimately reduces the labor time.

Meet Dr. Kincaid.
Certified. Responsive. Compassionate.
Long before moving to Denver, Dr. Elizabeth Kincaid D.C. decided to begin helping people by becoming a chiropractor. She developed an early interest in healthcare and wellness from growing up in a family of medical doctors and chiropractors.
After suffering a high school sports injury, Dr. Kincaid experienced the benefits of chiropractic care. She felt how chiropractic treatments helped her recover from her sports injuries, and improve her overall quality of life. Dr. Kincaid then decided to pursue a career as a chiropractor, so she could help others feel the benefits of chiropractic care and reach their optimal health.
Following her undergraduate studies at Tulane University in New Orleans, Dr. Kincaid moved to the Bay area to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose. While there, Dr. Kincaid practiced under the guidance of one of the country's top pediatric doctors of chiropractic.
Dr. Kincaid is certified in Webster chiropractic techniques and Pre-Participation Physical Examination.
She is an avid cross-country runner and Denver sports enthusiast when not in the office.
